How do I book a Ninja

It depends on what type of inspections you need a Ninja for. Best thing to do is reach out and check to see what our availability is. Ninjas are pretty busy these days!

We charge by the hour. It's less than a plumber, but more than a cleaner. Actually it's probably less than most cleaners these days!
Because we are specialists, it is important to remember that we can often complete more routine inspections in one day that the average Property Manager will do in a month.

In fact, some of our clients have found it way more economical to have a Ninja do all their routine inspections for their portfolio so their Property Managers can concentrate on delivering exceptional service to their clients

Our Ninjas are comfortable with whatever software platform you are currently using for your inspections. If we haven't come across it before (highly unlikely) don't worry we'll work it out quick smart!

All our Ninjas hold the appropriate qualifications to operate as Property Managers in Queensland.

Do they really need to hold this certificate to conduct inspections?Possibly not, but we know that you will feel better if they are.Their training doesn't just stop with their official bit of paper though. We have our own skills session and standards they must uphold. Not just anyone can be a Ninja!
